On l’a fait!
Hier soir nous étions au concert tant attendu de Wynchester et Tenacious D au Zenith Paris - La Villette.
Parfaite mise en bouche des fantastiques Wynchester formé par John Konesky And Mike Bray. Leur set acoustique révèle instantanément tout leur talent au service de leur puissante énergie country. Heehaw !!!
S’en suive les maîtres...
Les lumières baissent, les cries s’élèvent, ça y est on y est.! La bombe est lâchée. Post-Apocalypto. !!!
La foule se déchaîne et nous chantons toute la série animée en faisant l’amour et en tuant des monstres pour sauver le monde!!
Le voile tombe et enfin ils sont là, devant nous. Les tubes défilent pour notre plus grand bonheur, Rize of the Fenix, Master Exploder, The Metal, Tribute....et enfin la conclusion romantique avec Fuck her Gently.
Encore tout bouleversé et ému, débute l’attente à l’entrée des artistes...puis le portail s’ouvre, John Spiker (le bassiste) nous fait signe, nous le suivons, une porte s’ouvre, nos regards ce croisent... Enfin LA rencontre!!
Kyle Gass and Jack Black qui exclament :
« Haaaa... The Roadies of the D!! »
La suite restera gravée dans nos mémoires.

We did it!
Last night we were at the long awaited concert of Wynchester and Tenacious D at the Zenith Paris.
Perfect appetizer from the fantastic Wynchester trained by Kones And Mike. Their acoustic set instantly reveals all their talent and their powerful country energy juice. Heehaw !!!
The masters follow ...
The lights go down, the cries rise, that's it, here we are! The bomb is dropped. Post-Apocalypto. !!!
The crowd goes wild and we sing the whole animated series, making love and killing monsters to save the world !!
The veil falls and finally they are there, in front of us.
They start to play all classics for our greatest happiness, Rize of the Fenix, Master Exploder, The Metal, Tribute .... and finally the romantic conclusion with Fuck her Gently.
Still upset and affected, we are waiting at the entrance of the artists ... then the portal opens, John Spiker beckons us, we follow him, a door opens, our eyes meet ... Finally, The encounter!!
Kyle Gass and Jack Black who exclaims:
"Haaaa The Roadies of the D !! "
The rest will be engraved in our memories.
Mission accomplished!!
